Logo Use

We invite you to use our logo for your own outreach purposes.  Below is a digital copy of this logo.  For additional formats, please email info@twimlai.com

Speaker and Session Recording

All sessions will be recorded and you give consent to for your talk to be audio and/or video recorded.

Your session material, including content and recordings, may be used in various promotions.  This material may also appear on the TWIMLAI website, social media channels or other digital mediums controlled by CloudPulse Strategies.

Staff and Attendee Photography

You will likely see a staff member or others who works with us taking pictures and/or video at the event. When possible – for example when photographing a person or small group – we will get verbal permission from those being photographed. When photographing larger settings like the keynotes or the exhibit floor, it may be difficult or impossible to get everyone’s permission.

We will do our very best to be respectful of every attendee’s wishes. We also encourage attendees to take and share their own photographs, as long as the rules below are followed.

  1. If someone asks not to be photographed, please stop photographing them and don’t attempt to do it again.
  2. Photography/video recording should not be done in a way that it is deliberately hidden from the subjects being photographed/recorded.
  3. Those taking photographs and/or video must adhere to the event Code of Conduct.

How to Opt-Out

If you do not wish images of yourself to be published, you may opt out by emailing info@twimlai.com or visiting the registration desk on site.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.
